Do you have a store that we can visit?
Willow and Grey Interiors are exclusively an online store so we do not have a physical store that you can visit.


When will I be charged for my order?
Orders are charged in full at the time of placing your order.


When will my order be processed?
We aim to dispatch all orders (excluding furniture) as quickly as possible after receiving your order. Very often we ship orders on the day that they are received because we want to keep our customers happy and delighted with our service. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Please contact us sales@willowandgreyinteriors.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We will respond as quickly as possible with a full update on your expected delivery. We track all of our orders so we can resolve any delivery issues very quickly.


What should I do if I wish to cancel my order?

Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it, please be aware that it may take up to ten working days for the refund to appear back on your card.


What should I do if I wish to return an item after if has been delivered?
